ELEMENT STYLE:
TiTan CV - Conventional elements (100% Ti) are for standard air and non-noble gas loads.
TiTan DI - Differential elements (50% Ti/50%Ta) are stable for noble gas loads.
TiTan CVX, XHV/SEM - Conventional elements (100% Ti) are for standard air and non-noble gas loads. Zero emmissions shielding and XHV operation.
TiTan DIX, XHV/SEM - Differential elements (50% Ti/50%Ta) are stable for noble gas loads. Zero emmissions shielding and XHV operation.
TiTan TR - Triode elements use slotted titanium cathodes and are stable for noble gas loads.

6 CFF, Single (DN 100) Inlet Port
6 CFF, Double (DN 100). Second port accepts NEG
8 CFF, Single (DN 150) Inlet Port
8 CFF, Double (DN 150), Second port accepts NEG/TSP
