ELEMENT STYLE:
TiTan CV - Conventional elements (100% Ti) are for standard air and non-noble gas loads.
TiTan DI -   Differential elements (50% Ti/50%Ta) are stable for noble gas loads.

3/8 in Copper Tube (processed and pinched at approximately 6 in from pump).
1.33 CFR, Horizontal (DN 16) Inlet Port

HV FEEDTHROUGH:
Original Varian Feedthrough.
5kV SHV Feedthrough. Only available on the 3S model.
HEATER VOLTAGE:
Heater voltage and connector style if baking is required.
TSP/NEG:
TSP/NEG option with a double 8 CFF (DN 150) or 6 CFF (DN 100) port.
